Located in the Grands Causses Regional Natural Park, a territory registered with Unesco, the Roquefort Société maturing cellars were built on 8 levels in the rock. Access to the cellars is situated at the top of the village of Roquefort, at the foot of the mountain of the Combalou mountain.
