The Parcelle 473 Art Center:

The Art Center Plot 473 extends over an area of 1500 m² and has 400 m² of surface
of exposure. It is located in the Malbosc district on the heights of Montpellier.
It offers its public the discovery, among other things, of the history of the artistic movement Street art et graffiti.

This project, led by Laurent Rigail and Éric Brugier is also characterized by the desire to recreate a place of life, sharing and cultural exchanges through the consecration of a planetary artistic movement.

The creation of the art center, workshops, an artists' residence, make it a new living place, a place of creation and production. Always with the same desire to express and to share know-how, this project is a renaissance in a territory where art follows the vine and the artists to farm workers.
